THAR's Waiting Period Reduced, 5 Door Model Launching Soon!

The fame and status that Mahindra Thar has achieved as an off-roading SUV is very difficult for any other model in the country.

Mahindra Thar remains out of reach of some potential buyers and the reason for this is that, at present, it is available only in 3-door version.

Meanwhile, the waiting period of Mahindra Thar has reduced considerably, till now the order of about 70 thousand units of this SUV was pending.

But recently Mahindra has increased the production of Thar, which has helped a lot in reducing its waiting period.

According to media reports, the waiting period for the rear wheel drive (RWD) diesel variant of Mahindra THAR is about 10-11 months, which was 15-16 months last October.

The price of Thar 4x2 i.e. real wheel drive variant starts from Rs 11.25 lakh and goes up to Rs 13.99 lakh.

The waiting period of Thar 4x4 has also reduced to 2-3 months, which was earlier 5-6 months. Its price ranges from Rs 14.30 lakh to Rs 17.20 lakh.
