England T20 squad: On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, England, the winners of the 2022 competition, announced their team for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

Jofra Archer, who hasn’t played for an international team in over a year, has been called up to the England side for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024.

He has been recovering from an elbow injury that kept him out of action for more than a year since his previous England appearance in March 2023.

Archer’s road back hasn’t been simple; since 2021, he’s faced several challenges, such as stress fractures, ongoing elbow issues, and even surgery following a bizarre fish tank mishap.

The team’s lower-order firepower will come from Harry Brook, Liam Livingstone, and Sam Curran, while Adil Rashid will spearhead the spin attack with Tom Hartley on his flank.
