Sam Pitroda reportedly advocated an inheritance tax law in India for wealth redistribution in an interview. BJP hit back at the Congress.

On Wednesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi unleashed stinging assaults on the Congress following reports that senior lawmaker Sam Pitroda had supported an inheritance tax law in India for wealth redistribution. However, Mallikarjun Kharge, the president of the Congress, stated that the party had no such aspirations.

At a public gathering in Surguja, Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that the Congress intended to raise taxes and discouraged people from leaving their hard-earned riches to their offspring.

Congress’s nefarious plans are becoming more apparent by the day, and now it has announced that it will implement an inheritance tax.

“The advisor made this public in a statement. It will tax the possessions that people inherit from their parents. ‘Now, the ‘panja’ (a Congress poll symbol) would steal the assets from your kids,” he screamed, declining to give his name. It appears that Modi was alluding to a speech made about the inheritance tax bill in Chicago, USA, by Indian Overseas Congress chairperson Sam Pitroda.

“Loot of Congress zindagi ke sath bhi, zindagi ke baad bhi” is the Congress’ catchphrase, according to Modi. “The Congress will tax you more while you are alive and then impose inheritance tax on you when you are away. The PM went on, “They (Congress) want to take your assets and your children’s rights away.”

First, the term “survey” appears in their manifesto; second, Sam Pitroda cites the United States to support his claim that there should be discussions on the distribution of wealth because “55% of wealth goes to the government’s property.” Manmohan Singh’s old statement, which is Congress’s legacy, asserts that minorities have the first claim over the nation’s resources.

The Congress’s catchphrase, according to Modi, is “loot of Congress, zindagi ke sath bhi, zindagi ke baad bhi.”. “The Congress will tax you more while you’re still alive, and it will also force you to pay inheritance tax after you pass away. The PM said, “They (Congress) want to take your assets and your kids’ rights.

“After Sam Pitroda’s remark, the Congress is completely exposed,” Amit Shah remarked in an interview with the news agency ANI. First, their manifesto makes reference to “surveys.” Second, Congress has perpetuated Manmohan Singh’s old claim that minorities have the first claim to the nation’s resources. Finally, Sam Pitroda recently quoted the US to argue that discussions about the distribution of wealth are necessary because “55% of wealth goes to the government’s property.”

“It is unclear what the ultimate outcome would be, but when we discuss wealth redistribution, we are discussing new laws and initiatives that serve the needs of the general public rather than just the wealthy.”

Congress, according to Amit Malviya, wants to “destroy India.”
Amit Malviya, the head of the BJP’s information technology division, took to X shortly after his comments became public and declared, “Congress has decided to destroy India.” Sam Pitroda is now in favor of a 50% inheritance tax as a means of redistributing wealth. This implies that 50% of what we create with all of our effort and hard work will be lost. 50%, in addition to the taxes we already pay, which will increase if Congress wins.
