“Devi aur sajjano, ab hum jaa rahe aur kal se yeh manch ab nahi sajega,” Amitabh stated as the 15th season came to an end. It’s time to leave, ladies and gentlemen, as the stage will no longer be the same. Apno se yeh keh pana ki kal se hum yahan nahi aa payenge, na kehne ki himmat hoti aur na kehne ka mann hota hai. Notifying everyone that we won’t be coming back here starting tomorrow is tough.

According to the Lancet Commission, breast cancer will kill one million people annually by 2040.

In the five years leading up to the end of 2020, nearly 7.8 million women received a breast cancer diagnosis, and approximately 685,000 of those women lost their lives to the disease.

According to a recent Lancet report, breast cancer is currently the most frequent carcinogenic disease in the world and is predicted to kill one million people annually by 2040. According to the report, around 685,000 women lost their lives to breast cancer in 2020, out of the 7.8 million women who received a diagnosis in the five years leading up to the end of the year.

According to the commission, the number of instances of breast cancer worldwide will rise from 2.3 million in 2020 to over 3 million by 2040, with low- and middle-income nations being “disproportionately affected.”

The disease will claim a million lives annually by 2040, it continued.

According to a Lancet investigation, there are “glaring inequities” among people who suffer from breast cancer symptoms, hopelessness, and financial hardship that are frequently “hidden and inadequately addressed”.

Better communication between patients and healthcare providers was recommended by the committee as a critical intervention to address these issues with breast cancer. This might enhance quality of life, improve body image, increase adherence to therapy, and increase survival.

“Historically, women have been accorded less respect than men for their fundamental human rights in all settings, which has implications for patient agency and autonomy,” stated Reshma Jagsi of Emory University School of Medicine in the United States.

“Training in communication skills should be mandatory for all healthcare professionals. While it may seem straightforward, raising the standard of communication between patients and medical personnel might have significant advantages that go well beyond the confines of breast cancer treatment, according to Jagsi.

“Patients should be encouraged to exercise their voices, choosing their level of involvement in care decisions,” she said.

Terrorist Attack on a truck close to the Assam-Arunachal border injures an Army jawan.

The Army jawan was transported to Dinjan Military Station in Dibrugarh for treatment after suffering several bullet wounds.

Tuesday morning in Assam’s Tinsukia district, close to the border with Arunachal Pradesh, a convoy carrying members of the Assam Rifles and the Indian Army was assaulted by suspected militants brandishing rocket launchers and AK rifles, injuring an Army jawan seriously, according to officials.

Officials said that the jawan, named as Hawladar Om Prakash, a truck co-driver, was taken to Dinjan Military Station in Dibrugarh for treatment after suffering several bullet wounds.

Assam Rifles officials state that the event took place in the Margherita Police Station’s Namdang area at approximately eight in the morning. “The troop, which consisted of about twenty-five jawans, was initially attacked with rocket launchers. According to an official, the attackers later utilized weapons against army troops.

According to the police, at the time of the fire incident, three army vehicles from Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh, were traveling towards Margherita. Two of the vehicles became stuck in the area, while one car was able to escape to a safe location. Other troops later came to their aid, according to the official.

In a statement released by the Tinsukia district superintendent of police (SP), Gaurav Avijit Dilip said: “At approximately 8 a.m. today, three Assam rifle vehicles (31 Btln) were fired upon by unknown miscreants as they traveled from Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh to Margherita side Assam. The vehicles were located approximately 700 meters from the Assam-Arunachal border. One Army Jawan is critically hurt and is being transported to a hospital, according to information from CO 31 AR. The Margherita Police Station oversees this location.

According to the Assam Rifles, they believe the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muiviah) and the United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I), two outlawed militant organizations, were responsible for the attack.

ULFA-I acknowledged their involvement in the encounter on Tuesday afternoon, but there was no official confirmation at this time.

A 7-Year-Old Girl Is the Lone Serious Casualty of Iran’s Barrage

A 7-year-old girl, who lives in a Negev desert community that is home to Arab Bedouins, was clinging to life in a hospital after the attack.

Sunday was a quiet day in the hospital waiting room. There were no large groups of family members or patients. Israel’s air defenses had just stopped a large-scale attack by Iran, which only hurt one person seriously.

There was no sign of a crisis outside the pediatric intensive care unit at Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba, which is in the southern part of Israel. A mother who was gasping for air walked out of the ward with her face contorted as the doors to the ward opened. Then she quickly gave in to her feelings and fell into a chair, crying.

There wasn’t much damage done to Israel overnight, but this family was definitely hurt very badly. Amina al-Hasoni, 7, was barely alive and was the only major victim of the Iranian attack. Some of her family members said that she might have been saved too if Israel’s system wasn’t so unfair.

In the Negev desert, there are about 300,000 Arab Bedouins. A fifth of them live in villages that Israeli authorities don’t recognize. These towns have had trouble for a long time without planning or basic services like running water, sewers, and power because they are not recognized by the state. Many people have asked the government many times but still can’t get into bomb bunkers.

The Hasoni family lives in one of these communities. They share a hilltop in the village of al-Fur’ah in the Negev with a group of houses that are not related to each other. It was Saturday night and rocket sirens went off. Amina’s uncle Ismail said he felt stuck because he had nowhere to go.

Before there was a big blast, booms in the sky told air defenses to stop the missiles. He then heard his sister yelling, and “I started running,” he said.

Ismail, who is 38 years old, found his sister holding Amina outside of her house. Amina was bleeding from the head. Her family ran out the front door to get away from the bombs. But Amina didn’t make it. She slept in a back room with pink walls painted with butterflies.

A piece of the missile went through the house’s thin metal roof and made a hole with sharp metal edges. Not far from the door, where Amina was knocked out, it hit something hard.

He said, “I think it hit her as she was running away.”

He told her that he picked up Amina from his sister and held her in his arms. After that, Ismail found a car that sped her to the hospital, which was more than 40 minutes away on a rough, twisting road where camels sometimes crossed.

7-Year-Old Girl

Then, when Amina was already on her way, he went inside the house and said he saw a big, black piece of shrapnel about the size of a jelly jar. “There was blood,” he said, pointing to a puddle that had changed into a stream that went from the tile floor to the front door.

The orange-patterned floors were clean by Sunday afternoon. Only one of the dozen or so cousins there could say who did it: “It was bad for the children to see” all the blood. He hasn’t gone back inside, though.

“It’s hard,” he said, still having blood on his pants and boots. A pink Minnie Mouse blanket and a small black-and-white girl’s dress were hung on a family clothesline not far from where he was sitting.

He also said, “We could have built shelters here.”

He didn’t believe that what happened to Amina was just bad luck.

He said, “It’s part of the rules.” “There’s nothing we can do.”

The piece of rocket that hit Amina’s house was one of more than 150 that police bomb disposal teams found in the area on Sunday. The family said that the piece that hit their house had been taken away by police. Teams searched the desert for hours for debris and carried away huge pieces of bent metal. This was done all over Israel.

There is a military base called Nevatim not far from the Hasoni home. This base was supposedly attacked by Iran and only slightly damaged, according to Israeli officials.

That doesn’t make Amina’s father, Muhammad, feel better. He spent the morning at the hospital taking turns being by her bedside. He told her that he didn’t say much to her and just said her name again.

His 14 children include Amina, who “likes to laugh and have fun all the time,” said Muhammad, 49. She’s a good student, but she doesn’t always listen to directions because she has a “strong personality,” he said. She also really enjoys drawing.

He said that what Iran was doing was “inhumane.”

He said without doubt, “May God destroy them.”

Israel-Iran tensions a matter of deep concern, worries all: S Jaishankar

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said India was constantly monitoring the situation in the region and had advised its citizens to exercise caution.

In Short

  • S Jaishankar expresses ‘deep concern’ over Iran-Israel conflict
  • Calls on both countries for immediate de-escalation in tensions
  • India advises citizens to not travel to either Israel or Iran

Following Iran’s onslaught of missiles and drone strikes on Israel on Sunday, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar demanded an immediate de-escalation. He described the circumstances as a “matter of deep concern” as well. Jaishankar made these comments in response to Iran damaging an air base by firing hundreds of drones, ballistic missiles, and cruise missiles straight into Israel from Iranian soil.

“It is a matter of deep concern because it represents an escalation in this situation, something which worries all of us,” S. Jaishankar stated in an exclusive interview with India Today.

“Since the attack on Israel on October 7, we have been concerned about the situation there. It is quite concerning that it is now escalating into other dimensions and zones. We are particularly invested in that area,” he continued.

India has cautioned its residents and is continuously monitoring the situation in the region.

“At this time, we have recommended against visiting Iran or Israel. Those who are already there have been warned to exercise extreme caution. At this point, it makes sense to take that action. We’ll keep an eye on the situation and take necessary action, including issuing advisories, if needed, Jaishankar told India Today.

The Iranian drone attack on Israeli territory on Sunday was a significant step forward in the two countries’ ongoing shadow war.

According to US President Joe Biden, Israel was assisted in downing “nearly all the incoming drones and missiles” by the nation. Following the Iranian attack, Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke over the phone before he made his speech.

Among other countries, the US, UK, Germany, Argentina, and France have denounced the Iranian attack on Israel. Additionally, India urged the two nations to “exercise restraint.”

10 dead in 2021 Astroworld festival: Why Drake’s name was dismissed, but Apple Inc’s and Travis Scott’s weren’t!

A judge dismissed Drake’s name from the lawsuit.

Pop sensation Aubrey “Drake” Graham has been removed from the lawsuit alleging that the 2021 Astroworld festival was named after an event that claimed ten lives. The judge, Kristen Hawkins, turned down the dismissal requests of Apple Inc. and Travis Scott.

Drake was there with Travis Scott as the headline act for the event. He joined Scott on stage towards the end of the concert on November 5, 2021, amidst an oversized audience jam-packed.

The families of the 10 dead people and the badly injured attendees are seeking litigation against Drake, Scott, and Live Nation, the festival’s promoter, among others.

In response, Drake, Scott, and other defendants filed motions to dismiss the claims against them.

Why Drake’s name was dismissed

The ruling by Judge Hawkins to have Drake dismissed from the case following arguments by his lawyers in a Houston court on April 1st. They asserted that, unlike other promoters, Drake did not hold any administrative control over the concert proceedings. So, he should not be responsible for the fatal and other unfortunate events that took the lives of 10 people and injured others.

In a deposition given to the jury in November in the Toronto court, Drake recalled that he was not aware of the seriousness of the incident that was happening before mounting the stage. He said the crowd was a blur, and he wasn’t able to fathom any details.

After hearing Drake’s deposition tape, Judges found out the hip-hop icon played no coy in the tragedy, as the lawsuit is pointed towards only the person in authority. ‘One Dance’ singer was just a ‘guest’.

When he was watching a video captured by a 9-year-old victim Ezra Blount, he could feel the fear in the festive atmosphere.

“I think I would want answers for what happened, yes,” after seeing all Drake expressed.

Last Monday, Hawkins excused seven firms and individuals included in the damage suit. On the other side, she rejected motions to dismiss filed by many other individuals and corporations, including at least a dozen cases involving the singer’s representatives, Apple corporation, which sold a live stream of the concert, as well as two companies belonging to Hurricane’s producers.

Judge Hawkins is poised to hear motions of dismissal on Monday, another case relating to Scott as an individual.

Houston’s law enforcement conducted an investigation, leading to no offenses brought against Scott. The Grand jury’s report came up blank on all charges of being involved in the Alecia side concert even though the concert went rife with deaths.
