Playground, India’s first gaming reality show is back with Season 3. Directed by Monisha Jaising Vaid, The show is led by Carry Minati, Mortal, Elvish Yadav, and Techno Gamerz. What is Playground Series & Its Purpose?

Playground is a Hindi gaming reality show. It started in 2022 to discover the best team of gamers. In this first-of-kind gaming reality show 4 teams, headed by 4 judges compete among themselves to be the number one. They compete against each other in various professional and casual games for 30 days straight. This show is bought for you by Amazon MiniTv.

This March, Playground has made its debut with the release of Season 3. Each season lasts for approximately 27-30 episodes. Gamers from across the country come to give audition and strive to snatch a seat in one of the 4 teams.

Playground Season 3 Release Date!

Playground season 3 was announced on March 3, 2024! The show started streaming on March 17, 2024. You can watch the live streaming on Amazon MiniTV. There are only 8 episodes that have been released so far, as of writing this article. So you can catch them easily.

This season 16 small influencers will complete for 30 days under the guidance of 4 judges. Out of the 4 teams, only 1 will be crowned with the banner.

PlayGround Season 3 Judges & Cast

As usual, this season features 4 judges who are also the head of the 4 teams namely, Dare Dragons, KO Karens, Raging Entaurs, and OP Unicorns. The names of Playground Season 3 judges are:

  • Carry Minati(leading Dare Dragons)
  • Elvish Yadav (leading KO Karens)
  • Techno Gamerz(leading Raging Entaurs)
  • Mortal(leading OP Unicorns)

Among these 4 judges, Carry Minati is the only judge to be present in all the seasons till now. These 4 judges are also starring this season!

Season 3 Contenders

This season a total of 16 mircro-influencers will compete against each other as a cluster of 4 being divided into 4 teams. They will be playing against each other for 30 days.

Talking about being part of the show as the mentor, Techno Gamerz shared, “Playground S3 is a fusion of passion, skill, and determination which redefines the true essence of gaming and entertainment. Pakistan’s second-largest naval air base under terrorist attack

Pakistani security forces have said they have foiled the armed attack on the PNS Siddique naval air base in Balochistan and said six militants were killed.

Pakistan’s second-largest naval air base, PNS Siddique, in Balochistan province’s Turbat city has come under an armed terrorist attack. The banned Balochistan Liberation Army’s (BLA) Majeed Brigade had claimed responsibility for the attack on the base, where Chinese drones are stationed.

According to The Balochistan Post newspaper, the Majeed Brigade sent a statement to the media, saying that “we have entered the Pakistani Naval Airbase in Turbat”.

It also claimed to have killed “over a dozen” security personnel at the naval base.

Pakistan’s Dawn newspaper said the attack on Monday night came after a series of explosions and firing in the city, which, according to local residents, began at about 10 pm and continued for several hours.

A high-ranking official told the newspaper that the attackers “came from three sides of the airport boundary, but security forces responded immediately and foiled their attempt to infiltrate the premises”.

However, he did not provide any further details, including if there were any casualties or injuries amongst the forces.

Citing security officials, the Dawn newspaper also said that “six militants were killed outside the Turbat airport boundary, ensuring the safety of the base”.

The officials also said that there were no reports of any loss of “sensitive naval installations” at the station, while the Frontier Corps and the navy’s special group “successfully isolated the terrorists”.

The Pakistan Army is yet to make an official statement on the attack.

The Balochistan Post said that this was the BLA’s third attack of this year.

On January 29, the separatist group launched an assault in Mach city and on March 20, they attacked the Gwadar port, leading to the deaths of two Pakistani soldiers and eight assailants.

The BLA has been actively seeking independence for Balochistan and has been involved in various violent acts against the state.

Congress has hit back at Kangana Ranaut for her derogatory remarks about Urmila Matondkar, questioning her failure to condemn her own comments, following Supriya Shrinate’s clarification of an objectionable post related to Ranaut on her Instagram.

Hours after Congress lawmaker Supriya Shrinate clarified an offensive tweet about Kangana Ranaut on her Instagram account, the party attacked the actor for referring to actor Urmila Matondkar, who had previously joined and left Congress, as a “soft porn star”.

Srinivas BV, president of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) on X, shared an older video of Ranaut raving about Urmila Matondkar, saying, “What was posted from Supriya Ji’s account was utterly disrespectful. She has not only erased it, but also clarified and condemned it in the strongest possible terms.” (sic).

“How about you?” Calling Urmila Matondkar a’soft porn star’ on live television? “Have you condemned it?” he tweeted.

THE KANGANA-URMILA CONTROVERSY

Urmila Matondkar, who made her political debut as a Congress candidate in the 2019 Lok Sabha election from the Mumbai North constituency, resigned from the party soon after. Later, in 2020, she joined Shiv Sena.

Urmila had slammed Kangana for disrespecting veteran actor Jaya Bachchan, who, in a 2020 speech in Parliament, had objected to the entire film industry being ‘tarnished’.

In an interview, Urmila said, “When Kangana was not even born, Jaya ji was in the film industry. We’re talking about a lady here (Jaya Bachchan) who has herself been an icon. Which part of Indian culture tells you to lash out at people like this?”

Sam Curran (63 off 47) and Liam Livingstone (38* off 21) made significant hits to help PBKS chase down 175 in the opening IPL encounter at the new location. Earlier, a combined bowling effort had reduced DC to 174/9. Chasing 175, PBKS lost openers Shikhar Dhawan and Jonny Bairstow during the Powerplay despite getting off to a quick start. Within the first three overs, Dhawan and Jonny Bairstow combined 34 runs.

They got off to a fast start, hitting four fours in Khaleel Ahmed’s opening over. The breakthrough came then from Ishant Sharma, who cleaned up Dhawan. Moscow terror attack: The United States reiterated that there is no proof linking the Ukrainian government to the terrorist incident at the Moscow music hall, which was carried out by ISIS at Crocus.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is aware that ISIS carried out this terrorist assault, according to White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre’s statement on Tuesday.

Karine Jean-Pierre expressed her condolences, saying that she wanted to take a moment to reflect and send her sincere sympathies to everyone who was harmed in this awful attack as well as to the families of those who lost loved ones.

“We continue to strongly condemn the heinous terrorist attack in Moscow,” she said.

“We make that extremely apparent. To be more precise, we conducted a public advisory and notified Americans residing in Russia on March 7. And here, Pierre stated, ISIS is the only one to blame.

The music hall terror attack claimed the lives of at least 133 people.

The “heinous” terrorist act carried out by ISIS at the Crocus City Hall music venue outside Moscow has been harshly condemned by the United States, which has also sent its sympathies to the families of the deceased.

ISIS must be vanquished globally, according to White House Press Secretary Karine Jeane-Pierre, who referred to the group as a “common terrorist enemy” in a statement.

The death toll in Friday’s Moscow concert hall attack has gone up to 93. Meanwhile, eleven people were arrested on Saturday for their involvement in the attack, Russian media reports said.

Among those arrested were four ‘terrorists’, according to the reports.

Multiple fatalities were reported after assailants burst into the concert hall in western Moscow and sprayed the crowd with gunfire.

The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack in a statement posted on affiliated channels on social media.

The attack was the deadliest in Russia in years and left the concert hall in flames and with a collapsing roof.

The head of Russia’s Federal Security Service told Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday that four people directly involved in the attack were among 11 people arrested, Russian media stated.

Soon after the incident, a fleet of emergency vehicles were seen gathering outside the ruins of Crocus City Hall, a shopping mall and music venue with a capacity of more than 6,000 people in Krasnogorsk, on Moscow’s western edge.

Friday’s attack came just days after President Putin cemented his grip on power in a highly orchestrated electoral landslide.

The attack was the deadliest in Russia in years and came as the country’s fight in Ukraine dragged into a third year.

Videos widely shared on social media showed gunmen in the venue shooting civilians at point-blank range.

The roof of the theatre, where crowds had gathered Friday for a performance by the Russian rock band Picnic, collapsed in the early hours of Saturday morning as firefighters spent hours fighting a fire which erupted during the attack.

The final total looked a distant dream when RCB was struggling at 42 for three at the end of the PowerPlay. Faf du Plessis gave the side a strong start which withered away with three quick wickets. Virat Kohli and Cameron Green arrested the slide for a bit before Anuj Rawat and Dinesh Karthik added 95 runs for the sixth wicket, taking the side to a respectable 173. But Karthik admitted this is a batting pitch and that the RCB bowlers need to bowl “out of their skins” to win.

Karthik misses to get a connection in the final delivery and Dhoni nails the direct hit to run out Anuj Rawat who was just shy of making his ground. Anyhow a brilliant comeback from the wicket-keeper duo which added 95 off 50 for the sixth wicket and took RCB to 173.

Tushar to Dinesh, SIX! Brilliant shot! A flat-batted straight six. Tushar to Rawat, SIX! This time full and in the batter’s slot as Rawat smokes it over deep mid-wicket for a gigantic six. Tushar to Rawat, SIX! Full toss and easy pickings for Rawat, who clears the long-on boundary. FOUR! Slower one from Tushar and Rawat plays fine to get 25 from this over.
