At the 77th Cannes Film Festival, the first-look poster for the movie “Love in Vietnam,” starring Shantanu Maheshwari and Avneet Kaur, was revealed. Kha Ngan, a Vietnamese actor, also stars in it.
Among the celebrities present at the 77th Cannes Film Festival was Shantanu Maheshwari. In order to present the first glimpse of his next movie Love in Vietnam, the actor travelled to the French Riviera. During the launch, he was joined by Vietnamese actress Kha Ngan and co-star Avneet Kaur. Shantanu also posted a preview of the event and the first image of the upcoming project including collaboration between Vietnam and India on his Instagram profile on Thursday.
The trio of leads, Shantanu, Avneet, and Kha with a guitar in hand, are depicted on the initial poster for Love in Vietnam. The second image, which showed the Gangubai Kathiawadi actor and Tiku Weds Sheru actress staring in opposing directions, hinted at a complicated love affair between them. Kha’s photo, which shows her facing the camera, lies below them and gives the poster the necessary depth.

For the film’s launch event at Cannes, the cast and crew were dressed in white ensembles. In one of the pictures, we can see both Shantanu and Avneet twinning in white outfits as they held the posters in their hand, posing for the paps. Shantanu sported an Indo-western launch and wore an embellished jacket with plane-matched trousers. On the other hand, Avneet was a vision in white as she picked a dreamy ensemble for her special day.
The film marks the production debut of Omung Kumar. Based on the bestseller Madonna in A Fur Coat, it is produced under the banners of Blue Lotus Creatives, Rahhat Kazmi Film Studios, Innovations India, and Lensflare Entertainment. It is also supported by the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the Consulate General of Vietnam in Mumbai and Vietnam Airlines.
