On April 24, Prime Minister Narendra Modi intensified his criticism of the Congress for its purported wealth redistribution and social justice pledges, asserting that the Congress’s “dangerous intentions” were gradually becoming apparent.
Speaking at election rallies in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, Mr. Modi restated his claim that the Congress’s social welfare and inequality reduction plan was nothing more than a “dangerous game” involving the redistribution of money and the “snatching of people’s rights and properties.”
