Supreme Court's verdict

PM Narendra Modi reacts to SC’s VVPAT verdict and claims Congress has Muslim quota plan in Bihar

PM Modi claimed that the opposition was trying to get rid of EVMs.

“The Bihar RJD-Congress combination has no regard for democracy or the Indian Constitution. For decades, they prohibited individuals from using their right to vote. Booth capturing was rather prevalent. Even the people were not allowed to cast ballots,” Prime Minister Modi remarked.

“Now that the honest and impoverished voters have access to the EVM, they are making every effort to eliminate it… He continued, “The Supreme Court’s robust ruling today indicates that the outdated ballot-paper voting system will not be reinstated.

According to PM Modi, the Congress wants to include Muslims in the OBC reservation system, much like Karnataka does.

“I say this with the highest responsibility: Congress has thoroughly colluded to deny the rights of SCs, STs, and OBCs. India cannot have reservations based on religion, as Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar stated quite clearly,” he asserted.

According to PM Modi, Muslims in Karnataka receive the lion’s share of the state’s 27 percent OBC quota.

However, Congress is making every effort to enact a reservation system based on faith. It aims to introduce the Karnataka reservation model throughout the nation. They have deceived the OBC group by adding all Muslims in Karnataka, regardless of their socioeconomic situation, to the OBC list. The Muslims now own a sizable portion of the OBC’s 27% reservation. In Bihar and other regions of the nation, Congress hopes to take similar action,” he continued.
