Adrian Newey, Red Bull Design chief, is not Departing, according to sources.

Who is Adrian Newey

Adrian Newey is one of the most successful car designers in the F1 and IndyCar racing series. Though he currently works for the Red Bull F1
team, he has worked with several other title-winning teams like Williams and McLaren as well. He has even worked as a car designer in other racing series like IMSA and IndyCar.
He was even appointed as the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2012 for his services to motorsport. His glittering career is worth taking a lot at.

One of the all-time greats in Formula One engineering is Adrian Newey, whose vehicles have won 25 drivers’ and manufacturers’ championships for Williams, McLaren, and Red Bull.

In response to rumors on Thursday that Adrian Newey, the most sought-after designer in Formula One, was looking to leave the defending champion, Red Bull maintained that Newey was contracted through at least the end of 2019.

They were “unaware of him joining any other team,” a spokesperson continued.

Nonetheless, the 65-year-old thought he might work out a deal to leave to join another team for the upcoming season, according to the BBC.

It was not immediately possible to get in touch with Newey, whose vehicles have won 25 drivers’ and constructors’ titles for Adrian Newey Red Bull, McLaren, and Williams.

India declares the US human rights report to be extremely biased and says it has no value.

Following accusations regarding team president Christian Horner, the British player told Red Bull he wanted to move on, according to the BBC and Germany’s Auto Motor und Sport, which broke the story first.

Horner was exonerated in February following accusations of inappropriate behavior toward a female employee, who has since filed an appeal.

Hamilton said he had lost touch with his leadership roots.
With three-time world champion Max Verstappen leading Red Bull, Newey has been a frequent target for elite teams.

Tech Mahindra paid a 560% dividend, but its Q4 profit fell short of expectations.

Given that the majority of the teams are situated in England, he has been hesitant to depart.

Aston Martin, headquartered in the United Kingdom, and Ferrari, which will welcome seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton from Mercedes the next season, have both been mentioned as potential future employers and have made overtures.

In 2007, two years after Newey went to Red Bull, Hamilton joined McLaren. With 21 victories from 22 races, the designer’s 2023 vehicle was the most successful in the history of the competition.

Verstappen has been publicly courted by Mercedes, which is currently having trouble following a spell of supremacy, as a potential 2025 replacement for Hamilton.

When the sport ushers in a new age of power units in 2026, Red Bull will be manufacturing its engine with support from Ford after concluding its partnership with Honda at the end of the following season.

Apple iPhone 15 has been temporarily lowered on Flipkart in India…

When they leave a team, top technical workers like Newey are typically only allowed to take a short gardening leave. For this reason, Newey’s availability could not be imminent, though he may also choose to retire.

Since before the season began, Red Bull has been in disarray due to Horner’s public persona, disagreements with Verstappen’s father, Jos, and Red Bull motorsport consultant Helmut Marko.

The Verstappens and Formula One veteran Marko have a close relationship, with Max tying the Austrian’s continued presence to the team’s future.

Newey is seen as just as much the key to Red Bull’s success as Verstappen, even if the Briton is not a one-man band and has a team of highly-rated designers and aerodynamicists working with him.

Technical director Pierre Wache, in particular, has taken on a bigger role and is highly regarded, with Ferrari also known to be keen to recruit him.

In IIT JEE Main 2024, Aarav Bhatt received a perfect score of 99.65, closely followed by his twin brother Aarush.

On April 24, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the JEE Main 2024 session 2 results. 56 people out of the total number of applicants took the exam and received a flawless score. Maharashtra’s Nilkrishna Gajare took first place in the exam, while Aarav Bhatt and Dakshesh Sanjay Mishra received AIR positions two and three, respectively.

One of the students who secured a perfect score is Aarav Bhatt from Gurugram. Interestingly, his twin brother, Aarush Bhatt, also cleared the examination with flying colors, scoring a 99.65 percentile.

Aarav chose not to show up for the April session, only showing up for the January 2024 session. “My focus has always been JEE Advanced, and since I got 100 percentile in session 1, I decided to skip the April session,” he stated in an interview with The Indian Express. The final objective that will enable me to realize my ambition is advancement.

Tech Mahindra paid a 560% dividend, but its Q4 profit fell short of expectations.

Aarush was “expecting a bit more,” according to the outlet, but he chose to forego the session 2 exam in April 2024 to concentrate on passing JEE Advanced.

Aarav discussed their JEE entrance exam preparation technique with Education Times, stating that they began in Class 11. They attended coaching classes, routinely practiced past years’ test papers, and went over the fundamentals from NCERT.

Aarav and Aarush both want to attend IIT to study mathematics. Aarush intends to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at IIT Bombay, while Aarav hopes to gain a spot in the Mathematics and Computing program at IIT Delhi.

Their father is an electrical engineer, but their mother is a master’s degree holder in both mathematics and yoga. Their mother inspired them to pursue a career in mathematics when they were young.

The twins attend Amity International, located in Sector 43 of Gurugram. They think that going to actual classes rather than mock ones aids in their discipline.

They walk to their coaching classes after attending school. They get home between eight and seven-thirty. They continue to study until one or two in the morning after dinner.

“Our achievement was greatly influenced by our parents. To make our tiffin, my mother used to get up at four in the morning. According to Aarav, our father would pick us up from the coaching center and drop us off at school, as reported by the Education Times.

The person who received the perfect score, Aarav, does not own a smartphone. On LinkedIn, his brother Aarush does, however, utilize one to maintain contact with their seniors who have relocated overseas.

The 3 Most Important Minerals For Strong Bones.

Minerals For Strong Bones: Bone health is becoming increasingly important to adults and children due to changes in eating habits and the use of more packaged and processed foods. These are the nutrients that will help you have strong bones.

PhosphorusHealthy bones and teeth, maintains acid-base balance
MagnesiumMaking protein, muscle contraction, nerve transmission

Trace minerals (microminerals):

IronPart of a molecule (hemoglobin) found in red blood cells that carries oxygen in the body, needed for energy metabolism

Nifty Bank and Nifty IT indices are introduced by Nippon India Mutual Fund.

Therefore, Nmami Agarwal suggests the following three vital nutrients for stronger bones:

Calcium

You are all probably aware of how important calcium is for your bones. A low calcium diet can result in reduced bone density and put you at higher risk of bone fractures. Calcium is also an important mineral required for the proper functioning of cells. Calcium cannot be synthesized by the body. So, in the case of a calcium-deficit diet, your body takes calcium from bones.

It is thus important to get your daily dose of calcium from your diet. Dairy products are a rich source of calcium. Try and include milk, yogurt, curd, cottage cheese, cheese, etc in your diet. In case you are lactose intolerant, you can switch to non-dairy sources of calcium like soy, tofu, almonds, spinach, and sesame seeds to name a few.

minerals

Vitamin D

Strong bones require vitamin D from sunshine. When the body is exposed to sunshine, it is synthesized. A lack of vitamin D will impair your body’s ability to absorb calcium, which can lead to osteoporosis in adults and rickets in children. For your body to obtain enough vitamin D Minerals For Strong Bones, you should also expose it to sunlight and include foods such as milk, egg yolks, mushrooms, and fatty fish like mackerel, tuna, and salmon in your diet.

Vitamin K

Minerals For Strong Bones Maintaining strong bones and lowering the incidence of fractures require vitamin K. Calcium from building up in the lining of arterial walls and artery hardening are both prevented by vitamin K. The protein osteocalcin is activated with the aid of vitamin K. Osteocalcin fortifies bone structure and aids in the absorption of calcium by bones. For stronger bones, include foods high in vitamin K to your diet, such as avocado, yogurt, kale, spinach, and kiwis.

TikTok upcoming AI-driven feature can clone your voice.

TheSpAndroid claims that TikTok is creating a cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) function that will translate text to speech.
AssembleDebug, who was able to activate certain functions after discovering the code in the most recent version of the TikTok app for Android, made the knowledge public.
A TikTok voice library and the ability to create your voice using AI were alluded to in the code.

Decoding TikTok’s AI voice creation process

The introductory screen that outlines the procedure was glimpsed by the coder: Make an AI rendition of your voice in ten seconds or less! It will work with text-to-speech in videos on TikTok.”Following this introduction, visitors were taken to the TikTok Voice Library Terms page, which was the first of four. These pages provided information on how TikTok handles speech recordings and described how voice recordings can be deleted from the platform’s servers.

Early stages and future expectations

Users are redirected to a recording page after accepting the terms; however, at this time, the page is blank, presumably because the service is still under construction. When this feature is completely functional, it will ask users to read a passage of text that is shown onscreen.AssembleDebug claims that this procedure will enable TikTok to recognize the user’s voice and make it accessible to others in the TikTok Voice Library.

The significance of Rafah, Gaza’s lifeblood, as Israel prepares to attack.

Concerns and anticipations surrounding the feature

Even though the text-to-speech tool is still under development, worries have been expressed regarding its abuse, particularly in this day and age when false information is easily accessible on digital platforms. It is anticipated that will release additional details regarding its strategies for resolving these problems. But further information won’t likely be available until the facility is prepared for a wider public release.

Greece Dust Storm: A desert dust storm causes the skies over Athens and other Greek cities to become orange.

In the final hours of daylight, the Greek capital took on a Martian atmosphere due to strong winds bringing dust from the Sahara Desert. Officials in Greece warn that although rising amounts of tiny pollution particles pose health dangers, dust concentrations can restrict sunlight and visibility.

Tuesday saw Athens and other Greek cities blanketed in clouds of dust blown in from the Sahara, one of the worst such events to hit the nation since 2018, according to officials.

Following several days of strong winds from the south, a yellow-orange haze enveloped various places, reducing vision and leading the authorities to issue breathing-risk warnings.

According to Kostas Lagouvardos, head of meteorological research at the Athens Observatory, “it’s one of the most serious episodes of dust and sand concentrations from the Sahara since March 21–22, 2018, when the clouds invaded the island of Crete in particular.”

Role of Social Quotient (SQ) in MBA education and beyond

In late March and early April, Sahara dust clouds had already engulfed Greece, suffocating portions of Switzerland and southern France as well.

Authorities issued a warning, stating that anyone with underlying health issues may be at danger due to the dust concentrations’ potential to decrease sunlight and visibility while raising concentrations of tiny pollution particles.

Every year, the Sahara emits between 60 and 200 million tonnes of mineral dust. The smallest particles can travel thousands of kilometers and even reach every country in Europe, while the larger particles quickly return to Earth.

According to the Greek weather service, Wednesday would see the start of a clear sky.

In the south of the nation, unseasonal early flames have also been stoked by the strong southerly winds of recent days.

According to the fire service, 25 wildfires have started nationwide in the last 24 hours. This information was released on Tuesday night. It further stated that three people were detained on Monday on the island resort of Paros in the Aegean Sea on suspicion of inadvertently igniting a brush fire. The fire was soon suppressed, and there were no reports of severe damage or injuries.

Another blaze that broke out on Crete near a naval base was brought under control Tuesday.

Candidates may note that the normalized NTA score is not the same as that of the percentage of marks obtained in the examination.
